“Lets Pledge” A talk On Organ Donation

“Give yourself and those in need an elixir of life by pledging your organs.” This is the thought which led the RCJG to host a talk on Organ Donation in collaboration with Rotary Club Jaipur Marugandha, Jaipur Sankalp, Jaipur Vidyasthali, Jaipur Sanskar, Jaipur Round Town, Jaipur Diya, Jaipur Researchers, Jaipur Management, Jaipur Marudhara, Jaipur Mahanagar.  Rtn. Dr. Anita hada from Mohan’s Foundation Citizenship Forum was invited to conduct the guest lecture. An interactive session was conducted with group members to help them plan their organ donation, and the ways to promote organ donation and reach out to masses through short and effective film. The speaker also elaborated about the criteria for donating organs and the procedure of organ transportation. She motivated the audience for organ donation and stressed to spread the message in society. She also informed the statistics of the requirement and total number of the transplants done. The event ended with a vote of thanks by Dr. Vyoma Agarwal, Secretary RCJG.
